The application for the "Proposal Exam" for graduate students (MA and PhD) this semester is now open. Intended applicants should submit their application and required documents no later than November 21, 2025, to the department office.
Read the instructions below carefully to ensure your application is approved
Please submit your application at least one month before your designated exam date (and no later than November 21), attaching the following documents:
1. Application form in both electronic format (Word document) and printed hard copy
2. Research Proposal (electronic, PDF or Word)
3. Official Transcript
4. Proof of completion of Academic Integrity Training courses (compulsory for students enrolled after the academic year of 2016)

Your Proposal Exam must be completed no later than December 12, 2025, unless inevitable and special circumstances arise.
NB: One can only apply for "Final Exam" on the succeeding semester of their "Proposal Exam".
